Sharing my library of public information requests: The TxDOT $25M Hyatt PUD Boardwalk

I would like to wrap up my extensive research into the TxDOT TTC $25M Boardwalk by sharing my summary findings with the public, and by providing a library of primary-source documents (mostly emails, meeting presentations) so that you — the reader — can read the words for yourself and perhaps arrive at new narratives or conclusions.

2023-08-18 TxDOT Final Environmental Impact Statement Appendix M details the 4(f) items. On page 63 Table 5, "Modified Build Alternative 3" items to Minimizing Harm/Mitigation of Adverse Impacts. The boardwalk, as well as many other items are listed here.
